Rescheduling Notes
- Rescheduling fee is $250 if done less than 24 hours before appointment
- No fee if done more than 24 hours before appointment
- Exceptions: in case of emergencies or major disasters (e.g. severe weather), no fee if done less than 24 hours
Fee schedule
- New consult: $75 with insurance, $2,500 without insurance
- Follow-up visit: $35 with insurance, $450 without insurance
