who is asking for an invoice?

• Billing managers

Why are they asking?

• They didn't receive on in email
• They need the invoice to have different information on it (PO, billing info)
• They need to have invoices sent to a different person now

Procedure:

• From chargebee, resend the invoice
• From Chargebee, update billing information
• From Chargebee, update PO#
