• Reader who needs to become an Admin
• Editor who needs to become an Admin
• A non-user-account holder who needs to become an Admin

Why are they requesting this?

• Other Admins have left and nobody is around to create the user account
• Other Admins don't realize they need to create the Admin user account
• They want to become the Account Owner

Appropriate Procedure:

• Existing Admin creates the Admin user account

Roadbocks:

• No existing Admins are around
  • Resolution: Confirm all Admins are gone. Ask whether others in the company are able to login to existing Admin user accounts.
  • If nobody is able to login, request permission from others in their company to create an Admin
